Terms of purchase

Deliveries and shipping 

Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK. For orders under 800 SEK, 59 SEK in shipping will be added. For individuals there is an additional SEK 199 in shipping when ordering a net, starter set or ball machine. For companies and associations, shipping starts at SEK 199.

All products in stock are normally delivered to the customer within 3-5 working days. In case of large orders and possible final sales, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Custom-made goods means that we do not have the product in our stock, but we order it just for you and for your order. Delivery time can therefore vary depending on the product.

Price information

The prices onare valid for online orders. Occasional pricing may occur, e.g. in the form of promotional prices.  When buying in our webshop, the current price of the item in our webshop always applies. In case of any printing errors or similar in advertising and newsletters, the price in the webshop always applies. VAT is included at the statutory VAT rate applicable in Sweden.  

Right of withdrawal

When you buy a product or service at a distance in Sweden, you have the right to cancel the purchase with in 14 days under the Act on Consumer Protection in Distance Contracts and Home Sales Contracts. You have the right to open the packaging to check that the product is working.  The right of withdrawal also does not apply if you have activated or used the product.  If you have any questions about the right of withdrawal, you can find out more here.

If you want to return faulty goods for any reason, it is important that you contact us first at info@pickleballsolutions.eu. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, the order number and the goods being returned. 

When you return the product, it must be in its original packaging. You pay for the costs incurred, e.g.  return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. Products should be sent in a traceable and well-packaged manner. Include the delivery note you received on delivery so we have the information we need to process your return. If you wish to receive another product in exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost of this. 

Complaints

pickleballsolutions.eu inspects and packs all products with the utmost care before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or mis-shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge. Visible defects should be reported directly to the delivery point upon receipt of the goods.

 

Please note that you must contact us at info@pickleballsolutions.eu for approval before returning a damaged or faulty item. Returns/exchanges or complaints against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered.

If there is a defect in a product, the complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered. Such an error should always be reported to info@pickleballsolutions.eu stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. Please attach a picture. 

If we cannot remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We provide return shipping for approved complaints.

 

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied, see www.konsumentverket.se and we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se.

 

Uncollected parcels (private customers)

We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling unclaimed packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 250 kr if a package is not collected. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it according to our instructions. pickleballsolutions.eu is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with the applicable legislation.

By accepting the purchase agreement with pickleballsolutions.eu, you agree that your data is saved, in order to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable updating of your order status and for sending offers from pickleballsolutions.eu, or pickleballsolutions.eu partners, through SMS, e-mail or other direct advertising.

Warranty

The warranty period differs between products. Warranty cases are handled differently depending on the nature of the goods. In some cases, warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer or its authorized workshop. In other cases, warranty issues are handled by pickleballsolutions.eu directly.

Warranty for Lobster ball machine and accessories:

Lobster battery/rechargeable battery. This Lobster ball machine is powered by a lead battery. To keep the battery in shape as long as possible, it must always be connected to the power supply when the machine is not in use.  The adapter recognizes the charging status and switches to maintenance charging when the battery is fully charged.  

A deeply discharged lead battery no longer provides sufficient power and must be replaced. In individual cases, it may happen that a cable to the battery comes loose due to movement or transportation and the battery does not charge as a result.

This can be checked by removing the four screws on the control panel and checking ALL cable connections. 

From the charging socket to the battery and the control panel. In individual cases, it may also happen that the charger is defective and the battery cannot be charged as a result. This can usually be recognized by a red/green flashing device. Lobster provides a 6-month warranty on the battery and 1 year on the charger. 

For further assistance, the serial number of the machine and the invoice with the date of purchase are always required.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to customers who have not previously collected or paid for goods ordered. The minimum age for ordering goods is 18 years. We reserve the right to make typing, printing and programming errors.
